MetaZan is an overlay. It reads, organizes, displays. It modifies nothing. Your data stays on your machine.
What it does
- Projects & sub-projects — unlimited hierarchy, each level has its own dashboard
- Kanban tasks — drag & drop between columns (To do / In progress / Done)
- Strategic analysis — opportunity, utility, competition, market, Go/No-Go verdict
- Markdown docs — drag & drop .md files with built-in rendering
- Multiple paths — link multiple directories to each project
- JSON backup — Ctrl+S saves to disk, reloadable anywhere

Why
I built MetaZan because I manage 7 projects in parallel with Claude Code. When the context gets too big, you need a tool that gives you the big picture without polluting your prompts. MetaZan is that overview.
